HYGIENE PROGRAM - WHY?
This disturbance in HR supply and demand has increased the median hourly rate of a dental hygienist to $60/hr or higher in many of urban areas across the country in US. This increased economic burden makes dental clinic operation more difficult – in order to compensate the hygienist to the level they request, clinics are forced to reduce chair time for each appointment, and are forced to abandon patients with dental insurances with lower fee schedule. This nationwide hygiene shortage is now causing diminished clinical quality and experience for the general population.
INTRIN has solved the staffing shortage with Dental Assistants and Administrative Staff with its innovative training programs. We’re now building a solution to the Dental Hygienist shortage in the US by creating our own CODA accredited program.
